Hi, I'm Liv. I launched The Body Centre in 2016 to provide PT sessions and group training. Over the years, as my knowledge and experience have grown so has my business. Today, I provide inclusive health and wellness services, focusing on improving the quality of life for each member. I create personal exercise programs that work with your lifestyle and towards your goals. I add yoga and mobility to improve technique and injury prevention. I provide detailed nutrition assistance that works with your dietary needs and likes while educating and guiding you to new nutrition habits for life.
