Weightlifting - Classes that specifically work on the technique for clean and jerks and snatches
Chipper - A workout for time. Move through the exercises and rep targets at your pace. Choose to go heavy and slower or lighter and faster.

Restore - The perfect way to end your week these classes combine yoga, pilates, foam rolling, trigger points and stretching to release and restore the body.

Meet Liv
Hi, I'm Liv. I launched The Body Centre in 2016 to provide PT sessions and group training. Over the years, as my knowledge and experience have grown so has my business. Today, I provide inclusive health and wellness services, focusing on improving the quality of life for each member. I create group training programs that focus on strength and cardio health together, which are easily modified for all levels and abilities. I add yoga and mobility to improve technique and injury prevention. I provide detailed nutrition assistance that works with your dietary needs and likes while educating and guiding you to new nutrition habits for life.
